Esty, how do I buy one of your carpet sets ?

E-Mail me using the contact form at estycarpet.com or estycarpet.net and I'll get back to you asap...usually within minutes if I'm home and on line.

How do you ship my carpet ?
I use UPS exclusively for domestic shipping and the US Postal service for International shipments.

Will I get a tracking number when my carpet set ships ?
Yes...I'll email you the UPS tracking number...If you live outside of the USA, I'll send you the International Customs form number which can be tracked at ParcelForce.com or the US Post Office.

What if my package gets lost after you ship it ?
It's an inconvenience for each of us if that happens. As a rule, once I ship a package I don't follow it so it will be up to you to let me know if you didn't receive it. I'll do everything I can to locate the package or find out why it hasn't been delivered.

Is shipping included with the price of the carpet. If not what's the cost ?
Shipping is not included in the carpet price and until you decide on a carpet I can only guess because different carpets are different weights and dimensions. I charge you what it costs me to ship

I'm currently using SQUARE for payment processing.

I don't have a SQUARE account, how does SQUARE work ?
Square is very easy. No sign-up or sign-in is required. You do not have to open an account like you would to use PayPal. When you place your order you will receive an invoice sent to your e-mail address. Then simply click on the link in the e-mail...you'll be asked for your name and how you want to pay...enter your payment details and you're done. SQUARE accepts all forms of e-payments, credit cards, debit cards, E-checks, etc. Sorry but I can not accept payments through SQUARE if you reside outside of the USA. (except Canada & Japan)...If you are an international buyer there are several ways to pay...just ask.
What will it cost me to pay you with SQUARE

My 2002 has the moulded carpet can i get that from you?
Sorry, no. I only make the multi-sectioned or cut & sewn sets like came in the pre 1974 models. The sets that i make are a common replacemnt for all year models of o2's.

I don't see the same carpet that I have in my car on your website, can you get it ?
Unfortunately, many of the original carpets have not been available for quite some time. If it is still available I'll try to get it for you. I only advertise best selling carpet on my site..

My carpet has the original German square weave wool, do you sell it ?
It's a misnomer that square weave wool carpet was used in the production of any BMW 2002. All original carpet sets were made from synthetic fibers, probably nylon. However, I can buy and make you a carpet set from Imported German Square Weave Wool.

Esty, I've made some customizations to the inside of my car. Will your carpet set still fit ?
My sets are patterned from the original carpet set used by BMW, with slight modification to eliminate unnecessary material and labor. If your cars interior has been modified, such as modifying or removing the seat rail frames to use other seats, tell me when ordering.

I received my carpet set and don't like it...it's the wrong color...how do I return it ?
Unless I screwed the pooch and sent you a red carpet instead of the black set that you ordered I don't accept returns...in the rare event I accept a return there will be a 25% handling fee...remember I still got you the carpet that you ordered....
